What we respond to
Pricing and policy corrections
This is the one we care most about. If a figure on this site is out of date or wrong, tell us which article and what the current number is, and it gets corrected with a note. Platforms change pricing quietly and we would rather hear it from a reader than leave it stale.
Questions about the guides
If something in a comparison is unclear, or you want to know whether a specific link earns us a commission, ask. You'll get a direct answer.

If you represent a tutoring platform covered here and believe we've described your terms inaccurately, get in touch and we'll check it against your published documentation.
What we don't do
- We don't publish sponsored posts or paid placements. Requests to buy a mention or a link won't get a reply.
- We don't accept guest posts.
- We can't give individual tutoring recommendations, tell you which specific tutor to book, or assess your Japanese level.

This is a small independent site, not a company with a support desk. Corrections are usually handled within a few days; general questions may take longer.
